Cancellation Policy
Clippity Do Dogs Spaw â Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change. To respect the time of both our clients and the pets in our care, we ask for at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
* If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a 35% cancellation fee will be applied.
* No-call/no-show appointments will also be charged a 35% fee.
* The cancellation fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
* Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled.
* A late fee may apply.
